Steps for Making a Return:

Please call at 800-851-4983 or email info@agiantpackaging.com to obtain a Return Authorization number ( RA#) before shipping your products. In order to properly process returns, no return will be accepted without a RA number.

Our Return Policy

1. Returns must be accompanied by an original sales receipt.

2. Items must be returned in good condition with the original packaging.

3. For food safety reason, We cannot accept any items that have been opened for return.

4. All the items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, no refund will be given after 30 days.

5. Shipping and handling fee is nonrefundable.

6. We can not accept C.O.D packages.

7. All the returns will be processed within two weeks of receipt.

8. We will charge a 30% Restocking Fee on any returned item (s). You will receive a full refund minus the 30% Restocking Fee on any returns. Also, you will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred to return the item (s).
