How do I place an order?
Thank you for choosing AGIANT Packaging.  We are pleased to have you as a customer, and will do our very best to make your ordering experience as quick and easy as we can.

There are several ways to place your order:

    Will I need to pay sales tax?
    AGIANT Packaging shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Texas. Resellers in these states may download the reseller certificate file, fill it out and fax it to our fax number 972.267.4645 in order to get the sales tax removed. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state. .

    Can I make changes to my order after it has been submitted?
    We're sorry, orders cannot be changed once they have been submitted. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times works to your advantage.

    What if I prefer not to place my order online?
    If for any reason you prefer not to complete your order online, AGIANT  will gladly accept your order by phone, fax or mail.  Please do not e-mail your order to us as we cannot guarantee the privacy or security of information transmitted via e-mail.)

    What methods of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Discover, American Express and Mastercard payments through our secure 128bit SSL encrypted Verisign server.

    We can also accept your payment by Paypal, cashiers check, money order or personal check (which will be held 10 days for clearing). Click here to download our printable order form. Complete the form and send it in with your payment. It’s that easy!

    If you pay by money order or check, please make check payable for "ATTA international Inc."

    Is it safe to use my credit card online?
    As you complete your order through our online store, you'll be asked for your name, address and credit card number. This site is hosted by Yahoo.com.  Please see the Yahoo Privacy Policy for more information about how safe to use your credit card online.

    How much shipping and handling will I pay?

    Free shipping and handling by UPS Ground within Continent of U.S.

    Note: * For shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii, additional shipping charge will apply. Please call us at 1-800-851-4983 before you place the order.

    What is the return policy?
    Every item we sell is backed by our 100% unconditional guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept your exchange or return within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we offer an exchange or store credit in the amount of the current selling price. Please review our Returns page for more details.

    How long does it take for my order to be delivered?
    Standard UPS Ground shipping takes 2-6 business days. Express delivery takes 2 business days if your order is placed by 1:00 pm CST. Overnight delivery takes just one business day if your order is placed by 1:00 pm CST.  

    Will I have to sign for my package?
    Yes, at the time of delivery your shipment will require a signature. The packages can be sign by any one at the specified shipping address. This will insure accurate delivery of your product. However, the signature requirement can be removed by calling your sales representative at 1-800-851-4983. If you are placing an order for the first time we will be unable to remove the signature requirement.
